Wheel Alert Technologies prides itself on the development of a world first sensor that has high technology and unique capabilities of enabling live detection of truck bearing, brake and tyre issues as well as train bearing, brake and rail track condition issues. When a developing issue is detected by the sensor it immediately communicates with the vehicle’s driver and headquarters, thus allowing the vehicle to be stopped while it still has the ability to be fully controlled and before anything detrimental (or even fatal) happens.
Wheel Alert Technologies has been successfully trialling its beta prototype wheel monitoring sensors for over a year in applications including interstate transportation, localised logistics, mining and agricultural. Wheel Alert Technologies is in the process of seeking a paid commercial trial (or investment) to enable finalisation of its sensors and enabling the great benefit of having them available commercially.

Wheel Alert Technologies offers advanced vibration diagnostics services to trouble shoot machine issues as well as routine vibration surveys to provide predictive and condition-based maintenance.
What does this mean?
By collecting and analysing the vibration data from a machine the “health” of the machine can be determined. When vibration data is collected during regular surveys the rate of deterioration can be predicted and this allows time for parts/replacement to be ordered and maintenance scheduled. This provides minimal disturbance to production as well as optimising the machine life based on the actual condition of the machine (and not on time-based maintenance recommendations).
